FOOD DISTRIBUTOR
FISH provides food baskets containing three days (nine meals) worth of food to those in need with a limit of once per month. Clients call in and request a food basket. Each basket is prepared individually based on the number and ages of individuals in the requesting household. Calls are taken between 10:30 and 1:30 Tuesday and Thursday except for holidays. Clients pickup their baskets at 440 Maxwell (the old Trinity Methodist Church) between 2:00 and 3:00. The baskets are prepared between 12:30 and 3:00 on the day they are ordered. We need volunteers to help prepare and handout the baskets one or more Tuesdays each month.
